VALVE CORES / DRILL CORE VALVES:

The Valve Core / Drill Core Valves are used in both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves.

The valve core is made up of 3 main pieces:

•  The bridge for screwing the valve core into its housing.
•  The seat with its joint providing a static seal from the valve body.
•  The valve with its spring for introducing or draining fluid and guaranteeing sealing under pressure in the rest position.

CHECK DART:

Okemos Engineering manufactures Check Darts for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves in various materials such as:

• Special Cast Steel
•  Monel K500
•  Monel 400Other grades are available based on customer requests.

 CHECK PADS:

Okemos Engineering manufactures Check Pads for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves in various materials depending on the application and well conditions. Some of the materials available are:

• Viton
• NBR

 SPECIAL 3 PLY BELLOWS:

Okemos Engineering provides Bellows specially developed for 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves. These bellows are manufactured using special 3 Ply Monel metals. They are designed and manufactured to meet strict industry standards and withstand the demands for the application.

 TUNGSTEN CARBIDE SEATS:

Okemos Engineering manufactures Tungsten Carbide Seats in a wide variety of configurations and specifications for use in wear, corrosive and erosive conditions. The seats that we ship have a finished port area and is pressure tested so that a positive ball/seat seal is achieved.

•  We manufacture seats for standard 1″ Valves in port sizes from 1/8” upto 3/8”.
•  We manufacture seats for standard 1 1/2” in port sizes from 1/8” upto 1/2”.
• We manufacture custom made seats as per your specific drawings and material specifications.

 RETAINER RINGS:

Okemos Engineering manufacturers Retainer Rings for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves. These are manufactured using a special Copper Grade specifically suited for this application. Please contact us for more details on this product.

TUNGSTEN CARBIDE BALLS:

Okemos Engineering manufactures and stocks tungsten carbide balls from size 5/32” upto 5/8” in Carbide Grade 25.

The TC Balls are manufactured as per Anti-Friction Bearing Manufacturer Association (AFMBA) standards.

Standard sized balls in 6% Cobalt material are readily available in stock with us.

 ROLL PINS:

Okemos Engineering manufactures Roll Pins for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves.

 SHEAR PINS:

Okemos Engineering manufactures Shear Pins for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves.

 GAS LIFT VALVE VEE PACKING SET:

Okemos Engineering manufactures and supplies Vee-Packing Set along with required Vee-Packing adapters for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves.

The Vee-Packings are made out of a special blend giving them extremely high strength and resistance to wear and tear while performing under harsh downhole environments and maintaining their performance factor at the same time.

 GAS LIFT VALVE REDRESS KITS:

Okemos Engineering manufactures Redress Kits for both 1″ and 1.5″ Gas Lift Valves.

The Redress Kits consists of a set of Wear-components required to repair / refurbish the worn-out components of the Gas Lift Valves.
